  • Revisando plugin por plugin de mi web, me di cuenta que desactivando el plugin principal de Learnpress (no así los complementos) es que Woocommerce logra funcionar normal. Mi clientes no pueden comprar ni siquiera los productos que están creados exclusivamente desde Woocommerce si learnpress está activo, y esto me está generando muchos problemas. Escribí a soporte, mas recibí una ayuda muy pobre a mi problema.

    Es una lástima, es un plugin muy útil y completo para ser gratuito, mas este error garrafal limita mucho su uso, al menos en mi caso.

    Our support team checked and we see you use a Woo plugin to compatible with LearnPress but that is not of our plugin so it will not compatible fully with LearnPress. The problem does not come from LearnPress plugin so I really hope you can help me change the rating now. It’s really important to me. Very appreciate your help.

    Hi @augustus09 . As I said on the Learnpress help forum, I currently have any LearnPress Woocommerce integration plugins disabled. I like Learnpress, in fact I have recommended it to other colleagues, so I would have no problem buying its plugin.

    What worries me is that only by deactivating the Learnpress plugin is that Woocommerce manages to work normally, and I am talking about making the payment of products that are ONLY created in woocommerce and are not related to Learnpress, which should not happen even if it does not have the plugin that you tell me. Or am I wrong? This only happens with the main plugin (this is the photo of the error with Learnpress active), not with plugins such as: LP Assignments, LP Content Drip, LP Course review and LP Gradebook. In the forum they did not give me any pertinent answer to this question.

    I am worried that I will buy the compatibility plugin that you tell me and keep the same problem. If so, would the creators be responsible for returning my money?

    I think the cause of problem-related to your settings, LearnPress and Woo need have two checkout page different if you set checkout page of Woo same the checkout page of LearnPress, you will can’t pay anything. To be sure, you can send info access your wp-admin on your ticket, our developer team will check and have answered correctly for you

    Hi @augustus09 Your advice was very helpful. I already bought the additional plugin I needed. I’m going to change my opinion, although I still think that learnpress technical support can improve and provide advice similar to the one you gave me. Thank you very much for your help.
