How do I place a shortcode widget inside of a toggle widget? It will not drag and drop into the toggle widget. The toggle does offer a mce. Is there a way you can add the shortcode option to that?

I’m afraid that it is not possible to drag a widget inside the Toggle Widget.
You may add a shortcode in the Toggle Widgets settings- see the screenshot I sent.
Go to Advanced>Custom CSS.
