MCE Table Tools, Advanced Custom Fields and WP 3.9

    MCE Table Buttons not displaying table button in text edit area inside of advanced custom field text area.

    I see the table button in the standard wordpress text editor area for the body of the post. But this site uses the flex content area addon for Advanced Custom Fields. Pre 3.9 it worked but only with version 2.0 of your plugin. Now in 3.9 your plugin, v3.0, work in the standard area but not when editing a text area field for ACF.

    My work around would be for them to use the MCE table button in the standard wordpress editory and then copy and paste it into the ACF text area field.

    But the end user would really like the table buttons inside of the ACF field if possible.
