Title: Maximum shipping weight doesn’t work? Last modified: November 26, 2019 --- # Maximum shipping weight doesn’t work? * Resolved [elcul](https://wordpress.org/support/users/elcul/) * (@elcul) * [6 years, 10 months ago](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/maximum-shipping-weight-doesnt-work/) * I have an “airmail” weight zone shipping table set up (Brazil in this example) that has a maximum weight of 1750. After that there’s an “express” shipping table. * The final 2 lines of the “airmail” table are: 1609 | 27.50 | 1750 | 30.00 | * “Express” is set up as follows: 2070 | 50.00 | 4370 | 100.00 | 6670 | 150.00 | * I feel like any weight over 1751 should only be offered the express shipping option, but currently Woo is offering airmail at $30 for all orders over 1750 which is obviously wrong. Is this a new bug? An error on my part? Some other issue? - This topic was modified 6 years, 10 months ago by [elcul](https://wordpress.org/support/users/elcul/). Are you aware of the name of the plugin? * If not, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response. * Thread Starter [elcul](https://wordpress.org/support/users/elcul/) * (@elcul) * [6 years, 10 months ago](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/maximum-shipping-weight-doesnt-work/#post-12182994) * Hi. I implemented a workaround of sorts. I just increased the airmail shipping weights by $2.50 per 230g on the basis I can just mail 2 packages if needed and take a small hit on the fixed cost. I would still like to understand why this doesn’t work as expected though. * It does look like I’m using a plugin for the weight based shipping: “Weight zone shipping for WooCommerce” by Oik. I guess it hasn’t been developed beyond WP 4.8.11 now looking at the details. * ``` ### WordPress Environment ### WordPress address (URL): https://furtherrecords.com Site address (URL): https://furtherrecords.com WC Version: 3.8.0 REST API Version: ✔ 1.0.2 Log Directory Writable: ✔ WP Version: 5.3 WP Multisite: – WP Memory Limit: 768 MB WP Debug Mode: – WP Cron: ✔ Language: en_US External object cache: ✔ ### Server Environment ### Server Info: Apache PHP Version: 7.1.33 - We recommend using PHP version 7.2 or above for greater performance and security.
