Maximum number of custom taxonomies

    Hello,

    is there a limit of the maximum number of terms per custom taxonomy? I can add only 32 terms. I tried to add about 100. The others will be saved but not connected with the post.
    Has anyone any idea?

    Only limit I can think of would be the capabilities of your database, since that’s where all the terms and taxonomy associations are stored. That said, given that I know post meta tables can grow into the millions of rows, you’re not going to need to worry about 100 rows for terms.

    If you’re having issues with adding them, then I suspect some sort of error is occurring with WordPress as a whole that may need resolved. You’ll want to check error logs for that though.
