Maximum filesize limitations?

I read in the 1-star review this app only allows files with a max filesize of 25MB. Is this true or is there a way to configure files for up to 128MB? Most of the files we deal with are 25MB-60MB, so we need to make sure this is something this plugin can accommodate.
