  • Hi Frank,

    it seems like we are stuck on 19 pages of pending mails – if anyone tries to submit his mail, it is not possible.

    Would it be possible to fix this? To have at least 100 pages of pending alerts or more.

    I tested the pagination and I’m having no issues. It’s supposed to hold 9,223,372,036,854,775,807 emails..

    Go in incognito mode and type in a test email, then check back in pending emails.
    Can you take a snapshot or describe the issue and how did you realize that?

    I think the issue is when someone has his email adress registered on our website, but is not log in at the moment.

    If an user is registered and tries to submit an alert request when he’s not logged in, the request will be rejected because the email address is registered.

    Yes, exactly.

    And now another one – I want to manually submit the notices for products in stock – with 50 I was succesful, another 70 just keep sitting after clicking the submit button in the pending alerts area… Really strange, tried it a lot of times and nothing.

    Try sending a test email. Sure you haven’t run out of daily emails with your subscriber?

    Test mail works.

    What is the daily mail limit and where to change it?

    Would it be possible to allow registered users which are not signed in to be able to apply for the notice? Otherwise they will be confused.
    Or to give there a notice that they need to log in if they are registered.

    Yes I can update that.

    To better understand, what happens when you click “send now”, does the pending request disappear?? And when you reload the page it shows again?

    It dissapears, but when I reload the page, it is back…

    To narrow it down, the requests you re trying to send are ‘one product each’ or multiple products each??

    Do they have anything in common? are they all variations or all simple product?

    No, the fix was made to make sure you can actually send the emails. Did that work?
    I’ll work on that second issue too, but let’s focus on one at the time.

    I will see it next week, as I didnt use the feature this one.

    PS: could you try to solve the issue with the registered users which are not logged in at the moment? That can confuse a huge amount of customers…
