Support » Plugin: WooCommerce » max_price filter doesn’t work after price update

    I am using max_price to filter woocommerce store results.
    eg: &max_price=400 in the url.

    The problem I am experiencing: When a product price is altered (for example was $399, now is $419) the product still shows up in searches for < $400.

    If I set max price to $398, it filters out the $419 products. It is as if it remembers the original price, not the current price, for the max_price filter.

    I’ve cleared all sorts of cache and it’s been several weeks.

    Any ideas of how to fix?

    Please also note:
    * These are “simple” products
    * I am not using variable products
    * I am not using variable pricing

    Hi @aaron843,

    Have you tried regenerating your product lookup table? It was added in WooCommerce 3.6 to speed up getting product information from the database. Occasionally there will be issues with the data being copied over correctly.

    You can regenerate the table by going to WooCommerce > Status > Tools and clicking this button:

    regenerate

    Give that a try and see if it makes a difference for you.

    Best,
