Max Quality for Ecommerce

    Hi,

    Should I set the JPG image quality for 100 because I have an ecommerce website?

    I can´t figure out what´s the difference between 82 (WP default) and 100 in terms of file size and image quality. What do you recommend?

    Sorry for the (very) late response, I just noticed your post as I was cleaning up some things.

    At any rate, no, you should not ever use a quality of 100. For an ecommerce site, I recommend staying with the default. The only time I’d ever recommend increasing it is for a photography site, and even then 90 is as high as I would go.
