# Max & Min Checked Option

 * Hi there,
 * I am using Max & Min checked option, say I have total 8 items, i input min 2 
   items, max 4 items, however the user experience is that they can still tick all
   8 items, the error message only appear when they try to add to cart, is there
   a way the plugin do not allow tick more than 4 items right from the start?
 * P.S. I am using the free version, does it related to the “server-side” “client-
   side” issue?

 * Currently, the error message functions as you described. I’ve forwarded your 
   suggestion to our development team for their evaluation.
 * As a workaround, you may consider highlighting the minimum and maximum values
   in the description of the meta field.

 * thank you for your reply, say if i buy the pro version, will the error message
   have direct feedback if i tick more than 4 items as it has “client side”? will
   it solve my issue or it will still behave the same?
