Do you mean it was working at one point, but now it has stopped working?
Do you remember what you have changed since it was working? Have you changed the ‘Active Menu Instance’ option under Mega Menu > General Settings? (that should be set to 0)

I reseted all settings and i deleted all plugin ,again i reinstalled ..
max mega menu is perfectly working in other themes..,only not working in adforest(wait I’ll make it clear already that website was designed by another due to some probs my friend gave that project to me)…soo i rested all things

I suspect the theme is not using the proper method to output the menu, which is why it’s not working.
I think you will need to follow the manual integration instructions:

I notice your theme already has a mega menu built in, so this could cause conflicts, and it may be better in this case to try and see if you can achieve your goals using the built in functionality.

I see the menu is working now, but it is in the wrong place. You need to work out where the current menu is being output, then move the code to that position instead.
Looking at the screen shots, I guess it will be one of the template-parts/layouts/header-X.php files, depending on which header type you have chosen in your theme options. You will probably need to use trial and error to work out which one it is.
