Update:
This “overnight menu disappearing” was because somebody had deleted the menu elements from current WordPress menu.
But in Elementor builder there is still no “Mega Menu plugin”, so I cannot add any new mega menu instances to anywhere if current one should get lost.
Hi Mathias,
Please check our Elementor documentation (first screenshot) here:

That is the case – I don’t have this “button” in my elementor toolbar (please see screenshot attached: https://motoworks.ee/wp-content/uploads/2022/01/no-maxmega.png)
Max menu plugin is installed and working, as you can see from https://motoworks.ee/pood
Hi mathiasmottus,
I don’t understand what you mean by “button” sorry.
If you scroll down you should see a “WordPress” section, with the Max Mega Menu widget inside. If not, I think you would need to ask Elementor for help, as that section should simply list all of your installed WordPress Widgets (Max Mega Menu being one of those).
Otherwise you can add a custom HTML element to the page, and paste in the menu shortcode (which you can find under Mega Menu > Menu Locations > Display Options).

Tom
I have the same problem, the widget for Max Mega Menu doesn’t show up in the toolbar.

It works with a shortcode but only if i assign it to my footer menu for some reason.
Hi mattias,
I am not sure why that is sorry, as I said in my last reply Elementor should simply list all available widgets there. You would need to ask Elementor why it is not showing.
This page shows how to use a shortcode with a new menu location (so you wont need to assign it to the footer):

Thanks Tom for the quick and great response!
