Max field value is this max length??

    have an issue but maybe this is not what is intended??

    For example, I have limited a max width field to 50 (for a phone no).

    Setting

    Tel phone no.

    error message

    Not sure why I am getting this…

    So, discovered that when a text field requires a number entry which is good for telephone no because some people might enter ()+ it doesn’t like numbers as part of the max length calculation. It works fine if you entered an alpha string eg trgryususud syyd etc
