MAX Button and table press

Hi Tobias, first of all thank very much for your plugin, I ha been used it for a year or so and it is amazing.

I also have Maxbutton plugin so when I use a button into a table, the button loses its CSS. So I found the solution in the forums (https://wordpress.org/support/topic/maxbuttons-css-stopped-working-in-tablepress?replies=6 ). So I changed the shortcode by adding the new parameter as you explain but now all text inside the table has lost his format (no fonts , no size, no bold, no breaking lines…)
