also when scroll at least 30% of page box doestn’ show i have to click it to open

The Recommendations Bar social plugin has three trigger modes: show after the recommendations bar element is visible and at least X seconds have elapsed; show after a visitor reaches a point on the page past Y% of the page height and at least X seconds have elapsed; manually trigger display through a JavaScript function.
If you view source on your webpage and search for “fb-recommendations-bar” you will see the place on the page evaluated by Facebook JavaScript. You will also need to view the page for at least 10 seconds (default is 30 seconds) before the recommendations bar will automatically appear.
