@martijnchel Did the dashboard load with 512M?
I think archiving with HTTP would be safer for now. If the dashboard loads, you can restart archiving BUT you will need to enable the MarketingCampaignsReporting plugin at least, as that plugin has the reports this issue was originally about.
I wasn’t using that plugin before. I tracked campaigns without that plugin, so I can leave it off if it’s better.
I started archiving. Page loaded for a while. The n just showed html. I went to diagnostics. Page worked, no new errors.
Ah, if you’re just using the plain Acquisition reports, you won’t need the MarketingCampaignsReporting plugin. You may need to recreate the segment however, as Campaign Name is from that plugin. You’ll have to use Channel Type and Referrer Name instead.
I know. I used that and that was fine for me.

I’m assuming this means the page just reloaded? Or it displayed raw HTML? If the former, it sounds like it ran.
Can you see data for the segment?
Just raw HTML, I guess of that reloaded page. Don’t ask me why but the Diagnostics page has been raw from the beginning. Not within WordPress design but just a raw white page.
Anyway, I can see all campaigns from the last weeks. All with the same data as before.

Can you select the new segment you created and check reports from before the data started looking different and with after? Differences in the devices reports would be worth checking first.
You mean your second solution from yesterday? I didn’t get to that yet. I need to start that tomorrow and I guess we can check for differences then within a day or two.

Yes, though you shouldn’t need to wait a day or two. Archiving should have generated reports for dates in the past for the new segment.
Ah wait. then I probably misunderstood. Can you tell me again what to do exactly with creating a new segment? I thought that was after archiving again.
Then I’ll do that tomorrow. It’s getting way too late here. 🙂
Never mind. In understand what you meant now. I’ll create it and then archive again. I’ll let you know tomorrow. Thank you so much for your help so far!

So the idea is to create a segment for a single campaign. Then we invalidate reports in the past, and run archiving. This will generate reports for the segment, allowing us to inspect data for a single campaign if there are any other differences between visitors before and after the problem began. (For example, maybe a specific browser is no longer being tracked, perhaps due to a recent update.) You could also just check existing reports to see if there’s a difference, without creating a new segment, though I figured it would be easier to find the issue by looking through less data.

No problem, hopefully we can find the issue with the data.

Ah, sorry did not reload the page fast enough to see this.
No problem, hope we can resolve your issue soon.
