    Hello,

    In the “Reporting” section, all reports are displayed empty, with no statistics data. What can be the problem?

    I have sent a detailed email on this problem to your email address [wordpress@matomo.org]. I have attached 2 files to the letter – a diagnostic report in .TXT, and a screenshot of the “Reporting” section in .PNG

    I would appreciate your response and help.

    Hi @sergeyf1

    thanks for creating this issue. I’ve just had a look at your mail. For some reason it seems that it hasn’t recorded any visitor data yet. I can’t see anything obvious in the system report that would explain this.

    Is this for the website mentioned in the signature of your email? If that’s the case, then the problem might be that the tracking code isn’t being loaded as I couldn’t find the tracking code embedded in the site. Our plugin should do this automatically and maybe there’s a problem.

    If it’s for a different site, is there any chance you could create a temporary login for us for wordpress@matomo.org and only give it the Matomo Super User role? This way we would only have access to the Matomo part in your WordPress but not any other part.

    Hi Thomas,

    For now, we are talking about a test site. Therefore, I have already given you access to the test site with Matomo Super User role. I have sent an email with the access data.

    It is important for me to check how the plugin works and how the visitor statistics are handled with it, and then if all goes well I can use the plugin on a corporate site for one of my clients.

    I hope you can help me understand what the problem is.

    Thanks for this @sergeyf1 very appreciated.

    I just replied by email that I was tracked successfully and the reports appeared as well. Maybe an ad blocker or tracking blocker was active when testing the site?

    Thank you so much for your answers and support.I think I found the problem and now the data is displayed in the stats almost instantly.So, for now, I have no more questions on this topic.

    I will write to you if I have any new questions.
