 * I like your plugin very much! Thank you for writing it!
 * I have a question, though: There is an option “Offline Google Analytics”. What
   does this option do? I am using Matomo (former Piwik) instead of Google Analytics
   and I am wondering if there is any support for offline tracking via Matomo, too?
