Mathjax not working on results page

I am using MathJax in one of my quiz questions. It is displaying correctly when the questions are displayed but once the answers are submitted and the results are shown the Mathjax is not displaying correctly. This is returned instead: \(\vec{k}\circ\vec{r}\).

Any help with this would be appreciated. Many thanks.

Hi,

When I visited the url, I did receive the notice Mathjax loading but I didn’t receive the error like you mentioned above.

I was also able to successfully submit and receive the test results.

Hi

The Mathjax loads initially for Q9 but when you click submit and the answers are revealed the Mathjax no longer works. This is displayed instead \(\vec{k}\circ\vec{r}\).

We added user’s question. The math symbol is showing up in the results page.

We request you to update to latest version of QSM.

Also check that you are not using a third party plugin for this.

There are also javascript errors on customer’s website.

This could break the mathjax which is render by javascript.

We suggest you to fix the javascript and see if it resolves the issue.
