Material-Style input fields

Hey there, I bought the pro version of the plugin for using on my wedding website. I’ve had no trouble styling the buttons or text, but I was wondering if you anyone knew of any way to have material-style input fields. In case you’re not sure what I’m talking about, here are a couple of examples:

I’ve played around with it a bit, but I’ve not been able to get it working. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
