Masterslider on Woocommerce Store page header

Hi I have a woocommerce store http://www.ledlam.co.uk I would like to show the master slider on the store pages, categories pages header, not on the page. I have managed to show master slider on front page added the following code to header.php :<?php if ( is_front_page() && function_exists( “masterslider” ) ) { masterslider(1); } ?>
I need similar code for shop page and categories pages only, (masterslider(5)) and I need to know where to put the code.
