 * Hi, the master.php file was just changed. I looked at the php and it looks alright
   but is this a normal thing, or a sign of attack?

 * I noticed the same thing. It’s W3’s primarily config file and so any changes 
   u make to it in WordPress (the W3 settings page) it gets stored into this file.
   I get a sense he does it in this way to be a bit more efficient (stored as a 
   php with a return variable and still readable) in retrieving since it will be
   imported into other php files when the plugin is launched.
