    Regarding your question, we know that it was not mandatory a while ago, however we are waiting from Alpha Bank to confirm whether there have been changes to this and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

    Kindly informing that Masterpass feature is definitely required. Just received official Alpha Bank E-Commerce Integration Instructions, in which it was pointed out clearly.

    It is a strict requirement that prior to payment, customers have the ability to choose whether they get redirected to Bank’s environment or use Masterpass service instead.

    Otherwise integration is rejected by the Bank Stuff in the review process for moving to production environment, even if the plugin works just fine.

    Good morning,

    we would like to inform you that we are currently waiting from Alpha Bank to give us the relevant feedback about this issue since in the test environment the Masterpass isn’t mandatory and we are waiting to see how this has affected the production/live environment.

    We will get back to you as soon as we get the relevant answer.

    Μπορείτε να κάνετε update το plugin, καθώς έχει προστεθεί το masterpass.

    Το Masterpass μπορείτε να το ενεγοποιήσετε απο τις μεθοδους πληρωμής στις ρυθμίσεις του woocommerce.
