I’m pretty sure that would all be handled at PayPal’s end. We simply pass them the card data and they process it accordingly.
So there is no client side Bin validation that you do before passing the credit card to paypal? Just making sure!
Not that I’ve ever had to deal with or have seen in any documentation, no.
