    Hello there, i’m having an error with the theme after the update the thing is, it’s working fine on pc but doesn’t load on mobile/table it’s stuck on the preloader, after deactivating and then reactivating the plugins i figure it out that the problem is caused by STM Configurations, after the update it’s bugged on my website(php version 8, wordpress v6.1)

    Hello, @mario124

    Please make sure that you have updated the theme and all the theme plugins to the latest version as described in our documentation – https://docs.stylemixthemes.com/masterstudy-theme-documentation/getting-started/how-to-update-masterstudy.

    Also, please try to deactivate your third-party plugins one by one to check that there are no conflicts between the Masterstudy theme/plugins and recheck the issue.

    Hello There,
    I deactivated the plugins one by one, and it seemed that STM configuration was the one creating all the issue making it not load on mobile phone so any solution?

    Hi, @mario124

    Could you please clarify are you using the default header or did you create it with the “Elementor Header & Footer builder” plugin? If so, try disabling it temporarily and check your website on a mobile device again.

    Also, please ask questions related to the Theme by creating a ticket on our support website, as they are not relevant in the comments under the plugin:
