 * Hello
 * I am using wordpress for an online information site where various people can 
   sign up and post information about the community. We would like to have one Master
   Editor in the group that can edit any entry in the entire community even the 
   admins.
 * Is there any sort of plugin that allows this?

 * The “owner/admin” who set up the site is set for level 10 and they are god on
   the site.

   the posts but not the system.

 * might help understand what difference levels can do – I think there are too many
   user levels and it needs to be streamlined, perhaps with an explanation of each
   users rules within the admin area. So if you set a user to 5 within that users
   profile, or somewhere on screen you can visually read what this use can or cannot
   do.
