Master class in how not to introduce monetization

As recent reviews have already pointed out, the v2 release of this plugin introduces an aggressive monetization strategy that it would appear many feel is too invasive. Here’s the highlights:

1. Upon activation, the plugin takes over the admin dashboard with a prompt to create an account.
2. Next you are prompted to choose your monthly plan and provide credit card details.
3. A small “Remind me later” link in the lower left is the only clear way to exit.
4. Plugin settings have moved to the root of the admin menu, with a new “Welcome to Cookie Notice” menu item under Dashboard.

This started as a subtle and well balanced plugin that does one thing well. Now it feels invasive and sleazy. Oh, the hu-manity!
