master-admin.php could not be created

  • /xx/wp-content/w3tc-config/master-admin.php could not be created, please run following command:

    chmod 777 /xx/wp-content/w3tc-config
    chmod 777 /xx/wp-content/cache/tmp

I’ve cdmod 777’d these folders. I’ve tried deleting my old files and starting entirely from scratch, using my old files, creating blank files, etc. No matter what setting I try to save I get that error message above and it can’t write the info to the file.

This worked fine on 0.9.2.6. When I installed 0.9.2.7 I had this problem and when I upgraded to 0.9.2.8 I’ve had this problem.
