• This is a rewrite. The first time I installed the plugin it didn’t appear to work right. I posted an unfavorable review. Scott Allan contacted me to find out what the problem was. I followed his advice. My whole problem was oversight on my end. I apologize to Scott. He cares about his work and this is a awesome plugin that does what it says. Scott responds very quickly. Thank you Scott, for making this plug in and for actually caring about those who use it, and for looking past my ignorance. AWESOME plug in that works!!!

I have to ask, why would you post a negative review without even submitting a support request?

It’s very rare for issues like this to occur if there isn’t a plugin conflict or configuration problem on the website.

I put together a Troubleshooting Guide and FAQ’s for users to check when they have issues. There is also Support Request Form for you to contact us if those don’t work.

My apologies again, but I just spent the last 10 minutes trying to view your troubleshooting guide and your FAQ’s but I kept getting sent to the plugins home page. While I have no doubt that your plug in is awesome for most people, Its not working for me. I’m sorry but I have no more time to spare for this issue. I don’t want to leave you with any bad feelings, but I cant find a way to delete my original post. If you wish to delete it you have my blessing.

They are both sections of the plugin homepage. All you have to do is scroll down the page if it doesn’t go right to it.

It literally takes 5 minutes to go through them.

Unfortunately I can’t remove a negative rating. I believe you can change your rating if you wish on the main plugin page by hovering over the part that says “My Rating” and clicking the stars.

It’s not about bad feelings for me…it gives people the wrong idea about a plugin when people rate it 1 star without taking a few minutes to do tech support. People put a lot of time and effort into creating these plugins, and doing tech support, all for free, so it seems only decent to take a few minutes to do that before telling the world it’s 1 star. I could understand if you reported an issue and I ignored it or didn’t treat you right somehow, but I didn’t even get a chance to help you fix things.

It also doesn’t help other users…because if there is an issue, it won’t get fixed until someone else takes the time to report it.

When there is an issue, I genuinely want to help fix them for users, and can usually help them resolve it 100% within a day. I usually help them uncover a potentially more serious problem with their site that has gone undiagnosed but will prove problematic at some point.

Scott, I rewrote the review and gave it a well deserved 5 star rating, thank you.
