Mass Payout Error

    I cannot make mass payouts – getting the following error:

    PayPal rejected your mass payment. Error details:

    Code: 10329
    Message: We’re sorry, but your PayPal account isn’t currently eligible to send mass payments. Please contact either PayPal Customer Service or your account manager.
    Severity: Error

    Hi, This error is coming from PayPal (not the plugin). You will need to have the Mass Pay API enabled in your PayPal account in order to send a mass payment.
