# Mass import

 * Hi there.
    I have some problems when importing stores to our website. There is
   about 20K locations (medical equipment providers). When i try to import more

   What cause this and how to avoid it? It would be great if we could solve this
   because n=right now importing is realy slow and tedious. Thank you.

 * Support here is only for the store locator plugin itself, not for paid add-ons.
 * – can you ( or your host ) check the error log on the server. You can often access
   this file through the control panel of your host.
    – can you ask your host what
   the maximum execution time is? It’s possible it runs into a timeout. – are the
   20k locations already geocoded ( they contain the coordinates )? They are all
   located in the US?
