    Let me work on this a little further. I will add a more detailed report of what error the plugin is experiencing, so you can tell me what is exactly your case.
    In the meantime, would you please tell me how many users in total are you trying to send your email?
    Also, do you know what is the limit of emails per day you can send from the server you are using? EZ Emails sends emails to the recipients using just one email, so if you have more recipients than your server allows, the system gives you a error notification and no email is sent.

    If you update to version 2.2.2 you will have feedback on what happens while sending emails. Please try again and tell me what is the message you receive when trying to send email using the droppable roles.

    I have just update the plugin to version 2.2.3.
    There was a problem with the settings that did not get updated during an automatic update. You may want to update to this version in order to see if your problem is connected to this bug as well.

    Hi, Love the plugin! I have one issue though. I am unable to add more “groups” to the draggable listing.

    Only admins and authors show up… Can I get the other roles to display?

    The plugin lists all the roles that have at least one user. If you are not seeing any other draggable role, it means that no users belong to it.
    What is the default role you assign to a user who signs up?
    Do you have any users registered as a subscriber?

    I want to send mass emails, but the tags just appear as text. I can’t drag them into the To: fields at all. I have upgraded to the latest version.

    Hi johnsonnek,
    please open a new thread with your problem. It might be a compatibility issue with jQuery. EZ Emails uses the standard jQuery incorporated in WordPress for the draggable elements. If another plugin you have installed is overriding the jQuery declaration, that can break some functionalities.
    I would suggest deactivating all the plugins but EZ Emails and verifying if the draggable elements work. If that is the case, you can reactivate one plugin at a time to know which one is causing the problem.
