# Masonry layout not working

 * Bought NGG and paid extra for Plus. Have installed and activated according to
   your instructions. Selected masonry layout for thumbnails but it just displays
   them as a standard image grid – like what WP itself would do.
 * I hunted around for links to tutorials on your site and found that quite a challenge.
   You should have a top level menu link for tutorials and instructions. Even a 
   link in the WP admin under NGG to usage instructions and tuts would be good but
   I didn’t see that either.

 * I followed it and still does not display masonry.
 * This on top of NGG not being fully responsive I discovered. I am not impressed
   at all. You toot 11,000,000 downloads yet this is what you deliver when people
   buy it?
 * Lets get some input and fixes here please ASAP. I need to know that what I paid
   for and what you say it will do is true. Does not appear so.

 * Another day wasted. Instead of just directing to me another support mechanism
   perhaps you could have provided some input to the problem as well. Besides, others
   here considering purchasing Plus or Pro may be interested in what to expect or
   not to expect with how it works or doesn’t work.
