    Instead of masking the domain rimtrader.org, you could point it to the hosting nameservers and then contact your hosting company to see if they can add it as an aliased domain. I do know with Go Daddy hosting, we can do that. This way both domains point to the same hosting content.

    If you forward the domain with masking, it should not affect your hyperlinks however. It would only remain static in the URL window, so the site visitor would not be able to see what links they were actually following.

    SEO will decide to not list your site and again GD (whoever they are) is providing horrible advise.

    I do agree that for SEO purposes, masking is not the optimal choice.

    Thank you for pointing that out as the original poster may not have already considered that in his or her decision.
