Mask the external RSS feed links

Hi!

Is it possible to mask the URLs of an external rss feed? Or is there a plugin (something like a link cloaker) available to do that?

For example, Website-A displays the RSS feed of Website-B. I want the URLs of those RSS feed items to appear like Website-A’s links.
http://website-B.com/rss-link-item –> http://website-A.com/rss-link-item
