Marquee Twenty Eleven

    I’ve just switched my template to Twenty Eleven. I had Mantra but it didn’t represent well on Internet Explorer 8 sites and it’s not inconceivable that my readership would use that. So, it’s worked ok but I would like to restart Marquee on this template. I can’t seem to get it to start. Any ideas? https://www.caringisorganic.com.
