Marquee problem

    got a little problem with my newly develop website

    i have embedded code for marquee but it does not show in safari, but works well in IE, why is it so?
    Secondly, whenever i change my page content, i din touch the code, however it stops functioning in both safari and IE…

    any good marquee plugin to recommend? thanks
