Marquee Element Problem

    I’m working on a new site theme, and it’s almost done (forgive the formatting on all the current articles, it’s not yet completely finished) apart from this one problem I’ve been having. Basically, in the Header of the page, I have a Javascript based marquee element that displays a Twitter feed as per the code included in the theme file (download here). However, when I zoom out of the page the element stops working completely. Any idea why? Thanks in advance! PS apologies in advance, but my JavaScript ‘skills’ are limited at best and I was following a tutorial’s guidelines to do the element in the first place.
