    I installed the plugin and added the attributes of 2 items with an increase. However, when looking at the product online, these are not optional, they have to be chosen for the pricing to show. I want the ‘custom wording’ and ‘custom name’ to be optional if the customer chooses one of these.

    That has to do with how WooCommerce creates and displays variations, and is not an issue with the plugin. The short explanation is that with variable products, all options must be selected to match a variation so it can display a price.

    Even though I can’t help you with the issue, I have run into it with my test data. I solved it by creating two options for the Logo attribute: With Logo (+$5.00), and No Logo. In your case, you might want to change the predefined wording attribute to just ‘Wording’ and move custom wording (+$10.00) into it. Not sure about custom name (+$10.00).
