Availability is stored as a taxonomy in WP with name ‘availability’. Not sure if you’re able to pull this through?
If not, you could create a custom shortcode (https://gist.github.com/propertyhive/35553aade38cb4c503d4fea8db35599d) and then use [property_availability] where you want it to be output.

Most pressing issue is not being able to apply single post style in Elementor to the Property post type.
It just doesn’t work. Other user reporting same issue but thread has no reply:

Hey Steve, thinking about this further, I’d really like to help invest into the functionality of the Elements a bit, starting with this one.
The elements themselves, although functional and much appreciated, are somewhat limited in their function and particularly customisation.
For example, the “Availability” flag, it would be great to choose colour of tag background based on availability,
e.g. SOLD = colour picker -> Red, bold typography
For sale – Green. Under offer – orange, etc etc.
It’s a function we’d find useful and hope it would be good to improve the plugin as a whole, so hopefully we can collaborate further.
I’d be prepared to invest some developer time in to this from our side, I believe you have my email address (Ravenswood Media) if you want to pick up that way rather than here.

Re the colours of the flags, I agree this would a good feature. At present you can add flags using the Template Assistant add on (https://docs.wp-property-hive.com/add-ons/template-assistant/flags/), in which case you can choose the colour, and then set the colour using CSS based on the class added to the flag (i.e. flag-for-sale), but I agree, it would be nice to somehow have more control over this via the UI.
Are you referring to this functionality offered by the Template Assistant add on? Or are you more talking about the Availability Elementor widget?

ref Elementor Single Property post template – I’d missed the bit at the end of the video, setting Page Layout to full width. For some reason this then fixes the problem, thank you. I have
ref marketing flags. We use Elementor for pretty much everything, particularly in tandem with the excellent Dynamic Content plugin from https://dynamic.ooo which gives loads of control and options.
We’ve not used the Template Assistant at all on this build, so yeah referring to the Availability Elementor widget.
Similarly we’ve found some of the elements a bit limiting in their customisation features (again, albeit very welcome and appreciated, I don’t want to put down the great work you’ve done thus far at all).
For example, the image carousel – has very few options for image scaling etc, which is a bit of a problem for example when the client has uploaded images of varying dimensions to the property. Image Size – Cover/Contain / etc would be very useful here.
However, if we use a third party carousel (that has these image manipulation features) and pull in all images attached to the post, it brings in the EPC and floor plan as well, which we don’t want in the main image carousel.
I’m guessing the Hive image carousel element pulls some slightly different meta string to populate the carousel?

Image Carousel scaling – This one has been coming up in support queries for years, where clients don’t upload photos in a consistent ratio/orientation. Previously it’s been fixed with various bits of CSS but would be good to get a long-term solution in place. Again, added to roadmap:

Both of the above have been added to the ‘Up Next’ column so hoping to at least have a look at these in the coming weeks.

– Yes, we’ll look at the meta fields called _photos, _floorplans etc. I guess the third party carousel is just pulling in all attachments for a post.

2. I tried the Images (carousel element) to a new Elementor Flexbox container, it caused a lot of conflicts and virtually broke the site (erratic shortcode behaviour and slider would sometimes load at 100VH, sometimes not at all, using the “hide thumbnails” option caused it to not work at all).
