I noticed that the checkbox on the checkout page is not displaying in the latest version.

Could you please provide some guidance?

@khanhvo Are you able to confirm which version of the ReferralCandy app (is it 2.5.2) and which version of Woo-commerce you are using?

Hi Glenn,

Yes, all are in the latest version. ReferralCandy version is 2.5.2 and Woocommerce version is 9.1.2

@khanhvo Are you using the default Woo-Commerce checkout or are you using some other plugin? Are you able to share your store url please?

Hi Glenn, Sorry for the late reply, I missed this somehow. We’re using the default WooCommerce checkout and it was working with the version 2.4.0.

Is it possible to share our store’s URL privately?
