It looks to me that the problem isn’t that the markers aren’t there, simply that they are out of view. Go to the Edit screen for that Map, then in the sidebar go to “Map Controls” and make sure that both “Draggable Map” and “Pan Controls” are set to “Standard” — let me know if that resolves it for you.

    Thank you for your comment.

Yes, both settings are set to Standard. No markers shown on the iPhone. Here are the screenshots of my iPhone SE and MacBook…

I checked on an iPhone 6 and see the problem now correctly. But if you navigate to any of our Demos on our Demo site and you’ll see they work correctly:

So, this means it must be an issue with your configuration somehow. Please try disabling all other plugins, clearing any caching you have and try again. If that resolves it, re-activate each plugin ONE-BY-ONE and check the map again until you see the problem arise again. Then let me know which plugin caused the problem and then I can replicate it.

    Thanks!

Just for good measure, review this forum topic as well and see whether that helps at all:

    Thank you.

I just found out that the problem goes away when switch the theme to one of the WordPress defaults.

I already submit the issue to the theme designer. Do you have any suggestion to pass on to them?

    Thank you.

Most likely they are enqueueing the Google Maps JS as well, and there’s a new format that requires an API key. If they don’t include the API key, or allow you to add your own then it will break plugins like ours.

Best option is for them to give you the ability to REMOVE their Maps JS completely and allow plugins to do that instead.

    Thanks!
