Markers doesnt showing up!

Hi,
1. I included map in my sample page (http://quotelife.creativeagency.am/sample-page/), but i cant get markers working. I assume that there are some conflict issues

I already add this to functions, but it didnt help:
function gmaps_api_js() {
wp_enqueue_script( ‘gmaps-master-js’, ‘https://maps.googleapis.com/maps/api/js?v=3.exp&sensor=false&libraries=places’, array(), ‘null’, false );
}

add_action( ‘wp_enqueue_scripts’, ‘gmaps_api_js’ );

2. I tryed to add a full width map, but it doesnt shows up.

any help?
