Markers Dissapeared with Update

    I was on the previous version of WordPress and I updated the plugin and the pro plugin. All the data was still listed below the map but I lost the markers on the actual map.

    I thought it might be a conflict with the version WP I was running so I updated WP to 3.5.2 but the markers were still missing.

    I exported the data, deleted the plugins, reinstalled the newest versions and re-imported the data to no avail. I uninstalled just the PRO plugin and still had issues with the markers disappearing.

    I have resolved this issue.

    My host requires that I set the permissions to 777, rather than 755, on the plugin directory. Perhaps an extra note in the error message would be helpful for other users in the future.

    As soon as I updated the permissions my markers came back. Hope this info helps!
