We are still facing the issue, markers are not being shown on map.
We are using
WordPress version 4.8,
Latest version of Huge IT Google Map Plugin (Version 2.2.6)
In wp-admin it is showing us message:
Warning: This plugin has not been tested with your current version of WordPress (http://prntscr.com/fmubw1).
We are testing it with Windows 8.1 OS having safari, Chrome, FireFox browsers.

Please, try to deactivate the plugin and activate it once more and also clean the browser cache files.
The plugin is tested with WordPress latest version (plugin is fully tested before the update becomes available in WordPress.org) and is compatible with WordPress 4.8 version.
We have tested everything with the mentioned environment and marker is visible on the map.
