# Margin Top not working

 * Margin top doesnt work for me on scroll for my table of contents. I want it to
   be a little bit down the page. Any ideas how to fix this? It doesnt matter what
   number I put in margin-top it doesnt work for me.

 * Same, the top widget also jumps down the screen when it reaches the header, and
   the 2nd concertinas up under the first. Want 30px margin.
