MAPS: unable to load address: ZERO_RESULTS

    API key is in place (used google chrome), and address used is:
    “Whitchester Christian Guest House and Retreat,Borthaugh,HAWICK
    The Scottish Borders,TD9 7LN”
    Hit return:
    “We were unable to load your address: ZERO_RESULTS”
    Google maps with the same address works fine.
    I have also tried it on every browser i can think of (FF, Safari, Explorer 9.0, google chrome) as well as 3 different platforms, Mac 10.5.8, IOS 5, Windows 7, Windows XP, Windows Vista. But still ZERO_RESULTS
