Maps API Error using Avada theme

    Hi,

    I just installed wp google maps free version plugin on avada theme and I’m getting an error: ‘Maps API Error’.
    The error starts in the settings, even before applying the short code on the page.

    The site is currently in maintenance mode.

    I attempted to visit the page you linked us to however I only see a holding page.

    Would you be able to open a ticket through our support desk and grant access to this page in confidence?

    Hi,

    Thank you for your support.

    I think Api settings are correct and I already added the site to the authorized URLs list in API key dashboard.

    Also I’ve added other sites and only in the avada is getting the error.

    I already opened a ticket in which I grant the accesses to the wordpress admin panel.

    Hi Elsa

    Please remove your existing referrer strings, then add a referrer string formatting it exactly like this:

    *example.com/*

    That will solve this issue.

    If you need us to give you the specific string, can you please confirm you are happy for us to post that string, which includes the sites URL, publicly?
