Mapping different blog language version for different countries

Hello

I have a domain like http://www.domain.com and I’m going to create a different blog version for different countries.
So for example the index page for the blog of UK will be http://www.domain.com/uk/.

I’m owner of http://www.domain.co.uk and I want it shows http://www.domain.com/uk/ blog index keeping the URL http://www.domain.co.uk.

Can I do this with your plugin or I have to set a CNAME on .co.uk domain?

Other question is, once is correctly set the internal links to the posts will go to .com domain or .co.uk?
