Mapping desired Google Attributes

Hello,
is it possible to map all desired Google Attributes like gtin, colour, material etc. automatically to the fields in the plugin section. We have them in attributes so far.

When you say “the fields in the plugin section,” which fields are you referring to, exactly? Can you send a screenshot?

Hi @cassi0712,

To copy the data from the attributes to the Google app fields, you could export your product data to CSV, following the steps here https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/product-csv-importer-exporter/

Be sure to include all custom meta in your export.

Then, in the spreadsheet, you can copy the attributes to the Google fields. Finally, re-import your products to update the data.

To help us with prioritization please head over to the ideas board to create an idea and vote on it https://ideas.woocommerce.com/forums/133476-woocommerce?category_id=403986

The more feedback on this we get the sooner we’ll likely look at it.

Also I don’t believe we have any easy override filters for the meta in place at the moment while we see what the usage/feedback is like.

For now I’ll mark this topic as resolved and will aim to update if I have news on the feature. Cheers.

I am running into an issue with missing shipping costs which can be solved if I could map product_shipping_class attribute to the shipping_label attribute in Google Content API.
